  • Students birth certificate

  • Students social security card

  • Students updated shot record

  • Proof of Axtell ISD residence

  • Driver's license of person enrolling child

Registration

Registration will be completed online using Skyward. Please do not attempt registration before April 14th. 2023 forms will not be available until then.

Age
